Celebration Day 2008: Faculty who have offered and
students who have participated in a course(s) with a
Service-Learning or Civic Engagement component from May
07-Spring Semester 08, student's and faculty who will be
receiving awards, and interested faculty, staff, students,
and community partners are all welcome and encourage to
attend.

- May 28th-30th: Community-Engaged
Scholarship Faculty Development Charrette, Chapel Hill, NC
Faculty for the Engaged Campus is seeking teams from
colleges and universities to participate in a charrette
(intensely focused multi-day session that uses a
collaborative approach to create realistic and achievable
designs) to facilitate development of innovative campus-wide
mechanisms for preparing and supporting community-engaged
faculty.
